Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your only chance to create a strong first impression on buyers before they step foot into your house. The positive and negative features that jump out at buyers form their first perception of your house and how you upkeep home's regular maintenance. Understanding this assists us in deciding what plan of action we can use to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your house isn't at its best on the outside with retouched paint and blooming greenery we'll need to address those as well. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and add dollars to your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your house seem to say, "Hello From Your New Place" to a buyer? Walking-through your house from a buyer's view, I'll suggest adjustments that enhance Open House appeal. I'll suggest that you get rid of pieces that give the look of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be cleared off. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and refrigerator drawings should get moved out of sight. We'll de-clutter your house. Unattractive or cluttered areas make your home feel less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves living there.
I'll review each room of your home. Areas that directly impact your sale price include easy-to-fix items like pieces of furniture that should get removed, rooms that need neutral paint, carpet that needs changing, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need cleaning.
Buyers want a residence that seems comfortable. Everything that could be "offensive" should be removed so that your home will have achieve mass appeal during any visit.

Setting the Stage In the short time that your house will be on the market, we want to engage the buyer's senses. Shadows are important and we'll draw back curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music playing softly and ensure a delightful aroma flows from every room. We'll make use of cozy-looking blankets, and throw pillows on your chairs and bed. We want buyers to feel like your place has the potential to be. |
